Graduate of Kent State University, Todd Smola began his business career as a retail store manager for Radio Shack in San Diego, California suburb of Scripps Ranch. After a number of years in retail management, Todd transitioned into an outside sales position with Pitney Bowes, Inc., a supplier of business mailing equipment.
Transferring to Columbus, Ohio in the early 1990's, Todd established CORE Training & Development in 1994, a company focused on providing software training services to business. Later incorporated in 2001, CORE Training & Development, Inc., focuses its attention on the training and document management needs of law firms in Ohio, Florida, New York, and New Jersey.
Todd has always been fascinated with business and politics. Todd is an avid listener of talk radio, reader of political and social philosophy, and a believer in Capitalism. In early 2008, watching the continued deterioration of Capitalism and the continued encroachment of Socialism in the United States, Todd created The Capitalist Party, Inc., a company focused on promoting Capitalism to the American people by working to educate students and corporate clients about the power of Capitalism to improve the American experience.
